Piccan syrup, specifically Piccan Teething Remedy, is used to relieve fever and pain associated with teething in infants and young children, and can also be used for pain and fever from other conditions.  Piccan Teething Remedy is a medication designed to relieve the discomfort associated with teething, and can also be used for pain and fever from other conditions. Active Ingredients: It contains paracetamol (for pain relief and fever reduction) and diphenhydramine (a sedating antihistamine that helps reduce sickness and allergic reactions). Uses: Relieves pain and discomfort caused by teething. Reduces fever that can accompany teething. May help with irritability or allergic reactions. Can be used to relieve pain and fever from other conditions. Dosage: For children between 3 months and 1 year: 2.5ml (half to one teaspoonful) 3 to 4 times daily. For children between 1 and 5 years: 5 to 10ml (1 to 2 teaspoonfuls) 3 to 4 times daily. For children 6 years and above: 10 to 20ml (2 to 4 teaspoonfuls) 3 times daily. Allow at least four hours between doses or use as directed by your doctor.
